Reiki 1

When practiced regularly and with intention, Reiki can have a powerful healing impact. The applications are limitless!

As we continue to live in a world where so many individuals, groups of people, animals, and even areas of the Earth are struggling and wounded, Reiki can be a tool for us to help and actually do something to make a difference.

As with all change, this starts within YOU!

On Sunday, May 25th, 10-4pm, I'm teaching Reiki Level 1 at Blue Morpho Wellness in Mt. Holly Springs. 

There are many many types of reiki out there, and this class will be in alignment with the Usui style, with some  additional energy healing techniques and philosophies from my studies of different techniques and personal experience of working with clients for over 20 years.

A brief breakdown of the different levels:

Reiki 1 is mostly focused on learning what Reiki is, Self healing, and getting to know how the energy works in your system. There is 1 attunement and symbol to help you start to intentionally channel this healing energy.

Reiki 2 includes several symbols and attunements as you deepen your practice, and maybe even start to shift your practice and focus onto working with others. Please know that even if you choose to only work with yourself, your personal healing and ability to hold more of this healing energy helps others!

Reiki 3 is also called the Master or Teacher level. This is where you continue to deepen your understanding and impact. This level includes additional symbols and attunements, and an outline to support you in offering attunements, and the ability to teach Reiki to others.

There is also an Animal Reiki class that will be scheduled for later this year! You will need to be attuned to Reiki 2 at minimum to attend this class.
